Due to (alleged) repeated abuse/attacks, my calculus and DE videos have been removed from my school's Commodore 64 web server, that being the simplest of all solutions and evidently the only one that our IT people can manage to think of.

Anyway, the videos can still be found at the University of Houston (Calculus | DE).
