Template for Design of Experiment Presentation

Title
Short description of your experiment
Main hypothesis (what you expected to prove)
What alterations to your plan did you make along the way (like after you 
  ran the pilot experiment etc.) 
What materials you needed to do the experiment
What did you measure (seconds, feet etc.)
What did your model look like (Y(hi)=mean+theta(h)+tau(i)+error(hi) etc.)
What assumptions related to your model need to be true
Show what you did to check the assumptions like normality
  (show at least one plot)
Why will you not get the exact same response from each experimental 
  unit (noise)
Could you and did you block to reduce noise?
What sample size do you need
Let n be the sample size you collected
Let delta be the distance you would like to be able to detect 
   between the biggest and smallest means and
   calculate it as .5* (biggest observation you collected - smallest) 
What is the power of the test with your sample size n and this delta?
Show a SAS PROC GLM run  
What follow-up tests (tukey etc.) did you do?
Show the follow-up results
What did your experiment tell you about which level of which factor to
 use to get the best performance
