Announcements
  • Three students took this course in Fall 2008: Dan Holland, Scott King, and Alex Collins, and two faculty members who regularly participated in the seminar are Dr. Tim McMillan and Professor Tim Ellis. All of the three students participated and gave their best shots in the competition held on Dec 6, 2008 in the Armstrong Center.
  • Alex Collins begun his graduate program in mathematics at Clemson University. Scott King and Dan Holland gave presentations of their solutions of their favorite problems on April 1 2009 at the Hudson Colloquium Series.

  • The 50-minute seminar class met one time per week, and the sets of problems we worked on during the semester are found via the links at the right side of this page as well as other stuff. The seminar resumes in Fall 2009, with anticipation of new/old contenders' participation. Currently, three students sigend up: Scott King, Dan Holland, and William Nathan Hack.
