Laws of Logarithms

Laws of Logarithms:
1. log
a(u v) = loga(u) + loga(v) {The log of a product equals the sum of the logs.}
2. log
a(u/v) = loga(u) - loga(v) {The log of a quotient equals the difference of the logs.}
3. log
a(ur ) = r loga (u)

In order to apply the laws of logarithms, one needs to rewrite the radical using fractional exponents. Rewrite the fifth root using fractional exponents
  Show work. Apply the third law of logarithms.
